Shipping Information:

  • Delivery Areas: We currently deliver within Bangalore city limits.

  • Delivery Time: Orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM will be delivered the next day.

  • Delivery Charges: A standard delivery fee of ₹20 per km will be applied to all orders. Free delivery is available for orders over ₹1,500.

  • Packaging: We ensure that all our products are packaged securely to maintain freshness and hygiene during transit.

Return Policy:

At Bob's Basket, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, please review our return policy:

  • Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee that our meat products are fresh and of the highest quality. If you receive an item that is not fresh or has any defects, please contact us within 30 min of delivery.

  • Returns: Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you have received an incorrect item or a defective product, please reach out to us, and we will resolve the issue promptly.

  • Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method or offer a replacement, depending on your preference.
